The Westside Collaborative is enthusiastically recruiting applicants for potential staff roles for their upcoming Native American project.

Thanks to the generous support of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, the Westside Collaborative will be supporting efforts to enhance tribal relations, assess current Native American needs, and to facilitate conversations surrounding potential action steps toward sustainable solutions for all Native people in and around Grand Rapids. 

In an effort to have the right voices with the proper historical perspective, community connections, and trust within the Native American communities, the Westside Collaborative is asking stakeholders in the Native American community to consider applying for consideration of various roles at various levels throughout this 2019 project.
 
 
 
 
 

The Westside Collaborative anchors its Collective Impact work in Human Centered Design and Asset Based Community Development. We do not prescribe outcomes or strategies to shared efforts, but rather convene stakeholders, provide facilitation and framework for the projects, and maintain accountability with assembled teams as partners work together to overcome complex systemic issues.



Therefore, the Collaborative will seek out a Project Director in this initial phase, who will lead the conversation regarding staff needs, roles, and interviewing/hiring timelines as the project manifests and grows in authentic and organic ways.
